1. Policy OverviewPower Perfected LLC ("Power Perfected," "we," "us," or "our") stands behind its workmanship and service quality. This Policy explains the coverage periods, remedies, exclusions, and claim procedures applicable to our services.Coverage is determined by the specific service performed and the terms below. All warranties begin on the service completion date, apply only to the work identified on the estimate or invoice, and are subject to the General Terms of this Policy.

2. Solar Bird & Pest ControlA. Solar Panel Pigeon Proofing and ExclusionCoverage: 5-Year Installation and Pest-Exclusion GuaranteeWe guarantee that our installed PVC-coated galvanized steel mesh and non-penetrating solar frame clips will remain securely attached and free from installation defects. If birds or pests enter beneath the panels through a barrier failure caused by clip slippage, mounting failure, or an installation defect during the coverage period, we will inspect the affected area, remove animals and nesting material that entered through the defective barrier, and repair the affected installation at no additional charge.Exclusions: Animal entry through unprotected areas outside the installed scope, chewing or gnawing through materials, third-party interference, and damage caused by conditions excluded under the General Terms.
B. Solar Panel Critter GuardCoverage: 5-Year Installation and Pest-Exclusion GuaranteeWe guarantee the installation and attachment of our critter guard barriers. If rodents or other pests enter through a failure caused by defective installation or mounting during the coverage period, we will inspect, repair, and re-exclude the affected area at no additional charge.This guarantee does not cover animals entering through other access points, chewing through materials, or damage to solar wiring or other equipment that is not directly remedied by correcting a covered barrier failure.
C. Solar Stixx® Tile Roof Barrier InstallationCoverage: 5-Year Installation GuaranteeWe guarantee that installed Solar Stixx® tile-contouring barriers will remain properly positioned and installed, free from installation defects. Covered failures will be corrected by adjusting, re-securing, or replacing the affected installation as appropriate.This guarantee covers our workmanship, not defects in the manufacturer’s products or every possible pest-entry point on the roof. Manufacturer material warranties apply separately.
D. SolaTrim® Pest Barrier InstallationCoverage: 5-Year Installation GuaranteeWe guarantee the proper installation and secure attachment of SolaTrim® aluminum pest barriers. Covered installation defects will be corrected at no additional charge.This guarantee does not cover pest entry through unprotected areas, animal damage to materials, or defects covered by the manufacturer’s material warranty.
E. SolEmber™ Wildfire and Pest Barrier InstallationCoverage: 5-Year Installation GuaranteeWe guarantee the proper installation and secure attachment of the installed SolEmber™ barrier system. Covered installation defects will be corrected at no additional charge. The system is designed to provide pest exclusion and ember protection when installed and maintained according to applicable manufacturer requirements. No guarantee of wildfire protection, ember resistance under all conditions, or prevention of fire damage is provided. Manufacturer material warranties apply separately.
F. Rooftop HVAC Unit and Skylight Bird ProofingCoverage: 5-Year Installation and Exclusion GuaranteeWe guarantee the proper installation and attachment of the bird and pest barriers installed around rooftop HVAC units, swamp coolers, and skylight bases.If birds or pests enter through a covered installation failure, we will inspect and correct the affected barrier at no additional charge.This guarantee does not cover internal equipment damage, mechanical failures, ventilation problems unrelated to our installation, or pest entry through areas outside the serviced scope.
G. Humane Solar Panel Bird and Critter RemovalCoverage: Service-Quality CommitmentWe will perform the agreed-upon wildlife removal and relocation services with reasonable care, subject to applicable wildlife laws, animal welfare requirements, safe access, and the conditions present at the property.Our commitment covers the agreed removal work only. It does not guarantee that every animal or offspring will be located, that wildlife will never return, or that all nesting material or contamination will be eliminated. Exclusion installation and sanitization are separate services unless expressly included in the invoice.
H. Solar Panel Nest Removal and SanitizationCoverage: 48-Hour Quality GuaranteeWe guarantee that the agreed-upon removal of accessible nesting debris and application of specified sanitizing treatments will be performed with reasonable care. Notify us in writing within 48 hours of service completion if the work does not meet a reasonable standard for the agreed scope. We will inspect the reported issue and correct covered deficiencies at no additional charge.This guarantee does not promise complete elimination of all bacteria, mites, allergens, odors, or contaminants, nor does it prevent future nesting or infestation. It excludes inaccessible debris not included in the agreed scope and conditions arising after service completion.
I. Rooftop Bird Spikes and Wire Post DeterrentsCoverage: 3-Year Installation and Mounting GuaranteeWe guarantee that installed bird spikes, post-and-wire systems, and ledge deterrents will remain properly secured and free from installation defects during the coverage period. Covered mounting or installation failures will be corrected at no additional charge.This guarantee does not ensure that birds will stop perching or roosting in the area. Bird behavior varies, and deterrent effectiveness is not guaranteed.
J. Reflective and Visual Bird Deterrent InstallationCoverage: 3-Year Installation GuaranteeWe guarantee the proper installation and attachment of the visual and reflective deterrents included in the agreed scope. Covered installation defects will be corrected at no additional charge.This guarantee does not cover ongoing deterrent effectiveness. Birds may become accustomed to visual stimuli, and results vary with species, location, placement, and environmental conditions.
K. Free Solar Panel Pest Inspection and EstimateCoverage: No WarrantyOur inspection and estimate are provided at no charge and reflect conditions reasonably visible and accessible at the time of inspection. We will report observed concerns within the scope of the inspection and provide an estimate for the requested work.An inspection is not a guarantee that all nesting activity, concealed damage, wiring defects, or pest-entry points will be discovered. An estimate does not include repairs or removal services unless separately agreed upon.

3. Solar Panel Cleaning & ProtectionA. Professional Solar Panel CleaningCoverage: 48-Hour Quality GuaranteeIf completed cleaning does not meet a reasonable visual standard for the agreed scope, notify us in writing within 48 hours of service completion. We will inspect the reported issue and re-clean the affected area at no additional charge if the work falls below that standard.This guarantee excludes new dust, ash, rain spotting, bird droppings, or other debris accumulating after service. It also excludes permanent glass etching, hard-water mineral scaling, pre-existing damage, and any guarantee of increased energy production or panel output.
B. Solar Panel Hail and Storm Protection NettingCoverage: 3-Year Installation and Mounting GuaranteeWe guarantee the installation, attachment, and mounting integrity of the installed netting and support system under conditions within the applicable product-rated limits. Covered installation or mounting failures will be corrected at no additional charge.Netting is intended to reduce the risk of damage from hail and wind-blown debris. It does not guarantee that solar panels will remain undamaged during hailstorms, severe weather, falling-object impacts, or other events. Damage exceeding product-rated limits is excluded.
C. Solar Panel Golf and Baseball Impact NettingCoverage: 3-Year Installation and Mounting GuaranteeWe guarantee the installation and mounting integrity of the netting and support system under conditions within the applicable product-rated limits.Covered installation or mounting failures will be corrected at no additional charge.The netting is designed to reduce the risk of damage from golf balls and baseballs. It does not guarantee prevention of all impacts or panel damage. Exclusions include impacts exceeding product-rated capacity, third-party modifications, vandalism, and other conditions excluded under the General Terms. Installation disclosure: Depending on the mounting method, screws installed in solar module frames may affect or void the module manufacturer’s warranty. The customer must acknowledge this risk before work requiring such attachment proceeds.

4. Rooftop & Exterior CareA. Professional Roof Cleaning and Soft WashingCoverage: 48-Hour Quality GuaranteeIf completed cleaning does not meet a reasonable visual standard for the agreed scope, notify us in writing within 48 hours of service completion. We will inspect the reported issue and re-clean the affected area at no additional charge if the work falls below that standard.This guarantee excludes permanent staining, pre-existing roof deterioration, cracked or loose tiles, existing leaks, and damage or deterioration not caused by our work. It does not guarantee that all stains, discoloration, or biological growth will be permanently eliminated or prevented from returning.
B. Gutter Cleaning and Debris RemovalCoverage: 48-Hour Quality GuaranteeWe guarantee that the agreed-upon gutter and downspout cleaning will be performed with reasonable care to remove accessible debris and restore free-flowing drainage where the system’s condition permits. Notify us in writing within 48 hours if the completed work does not meet that standard. We will inspect and correct covered deficiencies at no additional charge.This guarantee excludes blocked or damaged underground drains, structural gutter defects, existing rust or corrosion, improper slope, concealed obstructions, and drainage problems caused by conditions beyond the agreed scope.
C. Custom Color-Matched Solar Conduit PaintingCoverage: 2-Year Craftsmanship and Paint-Adhesion GuaranteeWe guarantee that paint applied to exposed metal EMT conduit, solar junction boxes, wire covers, and transition fittings will remain adhered without blistering, peeling, cracking, or flaking for two years from the application date. Surface preparation follows our standard process. If a covered failure occurs, we will repaint the affected section at no additional charge.This guarantee excludes normal fading or chalking from UV exposure; color differences resulting from aging or weathering of surrounding surfaces; pre-existing corrosion, failing factory coatings, dry-rotted trim, or structural stucco failure; physical scraping or impact; harsh chemicals; high-pressure washing by others; and touch-ups required because another party modifies or replaces the painted components.We do not guarantee approval by any particular homeowners association (HOA). Customers are responsible for confirming applicable HOA requirements before work begins.

5. General Terms & Claims Procedure1. Coverage and PaymentAll warranty periods begin on the service completion date and apply only to the work and area identified in the estimate or invoice. The invoice for the covered service must be paid in full for warranty coverage to apply.
2. TransferabilityCoverage transfers to a new property owner for the remainder of the original warranty period. Transfer does not extend or restart coverage. The new owner must notify Power Perfected LLC in writing. All original terms and exclusions continue to apply.
3. Submitting a ClaimClaims must be submitted in writing by email or text within the applicable warranty period. Include the property address, service performed, approximate completion date, and a description of the problem. Verbal reports are welcome but must be followed by written notice.
4. Inspection and Repair TimelinesAfter receiving a written claim, we will:

Respond within 2 business days.
Inspect the affected area within 10 days of the claim.
Complete covered repairs within 30 days of inspection.
Complete repairs for an active pest breach covered by a Tier 1-equivalent exclusion guarantee within 10 days of inspection.

Timelines may be extended due to severe weather, unsafe roof conditions, or lack of access. We will communicate any necessary delay. We may inspect the affected roof, equipment, and work area before authorizing repairs. Refusal to provide reasonable access may void the claim.
5. Remedy and Opportunity to RepairOur obligation is to repair, reinstall, repaint, or re-clean the specific area originally serviced, as applicable to the covered claim. You must provide written notice and a reasonable opportunity for us to inspect and correct the issue before hiring another contractor for the same work. If we fail to meet the applicable repair deadline for reasons within our control, you may have the covered repair completed by another contractor. Our responsibility will be limited to the reasonable, documented cost of that repair, capped at the amount paid for the affected service.
6. Work Performed by OthersCoverage is void for any affected area altered, repaired, moved, removed, drilled, cut, painted, or cleaned by anyone other than Power Perfected LLC after service completion, to the extent the third-party work affects the covered installation or condition. This includes work by solar technicians, roofers, electricians, HVAC technicians, painters, and homeowners. Re-securing, restoring, or repairing work affected by third-party activity is available at our standard rates and is not covered by the original warranty.
7. General ExclusionsUnless expressly covered by a service-specific guarantee, coverage excludes:

Normal wear, aging, fading, chalking, UV degradation, and material deterioration.
Pre-existing conditions, including cracked or aged roof tiles, existing leaks or infestations, rust, corrosion, failing factory coatings, and stucco or trim failure.
Impact or physical damage caused by falling objects, tree limbs, ladders, foot traffic, vandalism, or other external forces.
Severe weather and natural events beyond product-rated limits, including extreme wind, large hail, wildfire, flooding, and structural roof movement.
Animals chewing through materials or entering through areas not serviced.
Chemical exposure or high-pressure washing performed by others.
Modification, misuse, or failure to perform reasonable maintenance.
Conditions identified before service that the customer elected to proceed with.

Service-specific exclusions stated elsewhere in this Policy also apply.
8. Limitations on ResultsExcept for the specific workmanship and quality guarantees expressly stated in this Policy, we do not guarantee:

That birds or other animals will never return or attempt entry.
The ongoing effectiveness of visual or reflective deterrents.
That every animal, nest, or contaminant present before service will be located and removed.
That barriers or netting will prevent all hail, ball, debris, or fire damage.
That algae, moss, staining, or debris will not return after cleaning.
Increased solar panel output or energy production.
That paint will continue to match surrounding surfaces as they age or meet any particular HOA requirements.
That any product will provide wildfire protection or eliminate fire risk.

9. Manufacturer WarrantiesManufacturer warranties for third-party products are provided by the respective manufacturers and are governed by their terms. Power Perfected LLC’s workmanship guarantees are separate from manufacturer material warranties. We will assist with manufacturer claims where reasonable.
10. Solar Module Manufacturer Warranty AcknowledgmentSome services, including frame-mounted netting secured with screws, may void the manufacturer’s warranty on solar modules whose frames are drilled. By accepting a service requiring this attachment method, the customer acknowledges this risk and agrees that Power Perfected LLC is not responsible for resulting effects on the manufacturer’s warranty for those modules, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
11. Photo DocumentationWe may photograph work areas before, during, and after service to document completed work and existing conditions, including cracked tiles, leaks, rust, or damaged wiring. This documentation may be used to evaluate warranty claims. Where practical, we will notify the customer of conditions that could affect the work or warranty before proceeding.
12. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, our total liability for a claim relating to our work is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including roof leaks, damage to solar panels, inverters or wiring, lost energy production, increased utility costs, or damage to property outside the serviced area. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Statutory RightsNothing in this Policy limits any right or remedy provided by Arizona law that cannot be waived by agreement.
14. Governing Law and SeverabilityArizona law governs this Policy. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Best Price Guarantee Policy

Power Perfected LLC ("Power Perfected," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to offering competitive pricing for our services. If a qualifying local provider offers a lower price for the same service, scope, and comparable materials, we will beat the verified competing price by a minimum of $20, subject to the terms below.
1. EligibilityTo qualify, the competing estimate must:

Be a genuine, current, written estimate issued by an identifiable business that provides the same service in the applicable service area.
Include the competing provider’s business name and sufficient contact information to verify its authenticity.
Clearly identify the proposed work, quantities or measurements where applicable, materials, installation method, and total price.
Cover substantially the same scope, quality, materials, warranty coverage, and project conditions as Power Perfected’s estimate.
Be valid and available for acceptance when submitted for review.
Be for work at the same property and under substantially comparable conditions.

The competing provider must be offering the quoted service in good faith and be reasonably available to perform the work.
2. Verification RequirementsPower Perfected LLC reserves the right to verify any competing estimate before approving a price adjustment. We may request the original estimate or proposal, the provider’s business contact information, clarification of the proposed scope, and reasonable supporting documentation needed to confirm the price and terms. Screenshots, edited documents, incomplete quotes, verbal price claims, anonymous estimates, or documents that cannot reasonably be authenticated may be insufficient on their own.We may reject estimates that appear altered, fabricated, misleading, expired, conditional on undisclosed requirements, or otherwise unverifiable. We may also contact the issuing provider to confirm the estimate’s authenticity and terms, where reasonably necessary and legally permitted. Customers should redact unrelated personal or financial information before submitting documents.
3. Comparable PricingThe comparison is based on the total price for substantially equivalent work, including required labor, materials, installation, and mandatory fees. Taxes and optional add-on services are excluded from the comparison unless needed to make the estimates equivalent.
The guarantee does not apply to:

Different materials, installation methods, quantities, service areas, or project scopes.
Promotional offers, coupons, rebates, financing incentives, or discounts conditioned on unrelated purchases.
Wholesale, employee, subcontractor, insurance-claim, or other special pricing not generally available to comparable customers.
Estimates that omit necessary work, use materially inferior materials, or rely on conditions that do not apply to the customer’s project.
Prices that are conditional on additional purchases, fees, or requirements not reflected in the quoted total.

4. Timing and ApprovalThe competing estimate must be submitted before the customer accepts Power Perfected’s estimate or authorizes work to begin. The guarantee does not apply retroactively after acceptance or after work has started.All requests are subject to verification and written approval by Power Perfected LLC. A competing estimate does not automatically modify an existing quote, contract, or invoice.
5. LimitationsThe guarantee applies only to eligible services offered directly by Power Perfected LLC and only where we can provide a substantially equivalent service under comparable conditions. It cannot be combined with another discount or promotion unless we expressly approve otherwise in writing.Power Perfected LLC may decline a request that does not meet these requirements. We will not knowingly misrepresent a competing provider’s price or the basis for a price comparison.

Power PerfectedFinancing Policy

Power Perfected LLC ("Power Perfected," "we," "us," or "our") may provide information about financing options offered by independent third-party lenders for eligible services.
1. Independent Financing ProvidersAll financing is subject to the participating lender’s application process, eligibility requirements, credit review, approval, and final terms. Power Perfected LLC is not the lender and does not make final credit decisions.
2. Approval and TermsFinancing approval, interest rates, annual percentage rates (APRs), loan amounts, repayment periods, fees, required down payments, and other terms are determined by the lender. Terms may vary by applicant and financing program.Power Perfected LLC does not guarantee approval, a particular rate, a specific monthly payment, or the availability of any financing offer.
3. Customer ResponsibilitiesCustomers are responsible for reviewing the lender’s disclosures and financing agreement before accepting an offer. Questions about interest, fees, repayment schedules, credit reporting, cancellation rights, or loan servicing should be directed to the lender. Customers must provide accurate information when applying and should submit financial or credit information directly through the lender’s approved application process.
4. Separate Service AgreementFinancing approval and the service agreement are separate matters. Unless expressly stated in writing, a financing application or preliminary approval does not authorize work, change a project quote, or amend an existing agreement.Customers should confirm the payment arrangements and any applicable cancellation terms before authorizing work.
5. Third-Party ResponsibilityPower Perfected LLC is not responsible for a lender’s independent credit decisions, underwriting requirements, interest rates, fees, servicing practices, or financing application systems. This provision does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law imposes on Power Perfected LLC.

Power PerfectedService Area & Availability Policy

Power Perfected LLC ("Power Perfected," "we," "us," or "our") provides services throughout its designated service areas in Central and Southern Arizona. Availability varies by service, location, scheduling, and project requirements.
Being within our advertised service area does not guarantee that every service is available at every location. Properties outside our regular service routes may be subject to additional travel fees or may be declined.
Travel fees, when applicable, will be disclosed before the customer authorizes work. All services are subject to scheduling, site accessibility, safety conditions, and our ability to perform the requested work.
